Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using RED. By creating an account or using the RED app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use RED.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lightt Media LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the RED mobile application and associated services (collectively, "RED" or the "Service").
By downloading, installing, or using RED, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of RED after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may not create an account if you have previously been suspended or removed from RED. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
Service Provider Accounts
Individuals registering as service providers must also:
RED is an on-demand marketplace platform that connects customers seeking home services with independent service providers. RED facilitates the discovery, booking, payment, and review process between customers and providers.
We are a technology platform, not a service provider. Service providers on RED are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Lightt Media LLC. We do not direct or control how providers perform their services.
Services available through RED include, but are not limited to: plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, general repairs, cleaning, landscaping, and other home maintenance services.
We do not guarantee the availability of any specific provider, the quality or outcome of any service, or that the app will be available at any given time without interruption.
All payments on RED are processed securely through Authorize.net, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you also agree to Authorize.net's terms and conditions.

Tips
Customers may optionally add a tip after service completion. 100% of tips go directly to the service provider.
Charges and Disputes
All charges are final once a job is marked complete, except in cases of provider no-show or verified service failure. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us at support@red.lighttmedia.com within 7 days of the charge.
Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first contacting RED support may result in suspension of your account.
Summary: You may cancel for free within 5 minutes of booking. Cancellations after 5 minutes are subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on the estimated job cost.
Customer Cancellations
Provider Cancellations
Service providers who cancel confirmed bookings without adequate notice may be subject to penalties including reduced visibility, suspension, or removal from the platform. Repeated cancellations may result in permanent deactivation.
No-Shows
If a customer is unreachable or unavailable at the time of a confirmed appointment, the job may be marked as a no-show and the customer may be charged a fee. If a provider fails to appear without notice, the customer will receive a full refund and the provider will face disciplinary action.
You agree not to use RED to:
Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate account termination without refund.
By submitting a review, photo, or other content through RED, you grant Lightt Media LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.
Reviews must be honest and based on your actual experience. Fake, incentivized, or retaliatory reviews are prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any review or content that violates our policies.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIGHTT MEDIA LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RED IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; (B) ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (D) THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lightt Media LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@red.lighttmedia.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will respond within 30 days.
Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring individual claims in small claims court.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AND LIGHTT MEDIA LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Exceptions
Nothing in this section shall limit either party's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to RED at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination, including outstanding payments.
Upon termination, your right to use RED immediately ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive.
